Spending Christmas at a hotel in the old quarter area of the city was magical. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the initial lack of someone to meet us upon arrival and the limited hot water supply, the staff handled everything promptly and apologetically. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with many historic attractions just outside the old city gate. the room was spacious and the bathroom was spotless. the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

The noise levels from outside the hotel were quite high, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
